Understanding Roles

Zenith uses Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure your data stays secure. There are three primary role levels:

• Admin: Full access to billing, user management, and all product modules.

• Editor: Can create and modify content within specific products (e.g., Analytics) but cannot change global settings.

• Viewer: Read-only access to dashboards and reports.

Changing a User's Role

To update a teammate's level of access:

1. Go to the Team tab in your sidebar.

2. Select the User Name you wish to edit.

3. Click the Dropdown Menu under "Access Level."

4. Select the new role and click Save Changes.
